Body Moves Massage Therapy is a professional massage company. We thrive on sharing our positive energy and outlook on life with those around us.

Originally started by husband and wife, Matthew and Marisa back in 1999, we have since grown our business to include a multitude of therapists throughout Australia.

We believe in our techniques and approach, and we enjoy imparting our skills and knowledge to all our clients. We can offer anything from private massage in one of our 3 clinics in Sydney or we can co-ordinate multiple therapists in any location, Australia wide, for your individual or corporate environment.

Marisa Alacqua and Matthew Heffernan are fully qualified and insured Remedial Massage Therapists. We hold current First Aid Certificates and have provider status with most f the major health funds.

We are also Accredited Members of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).

Peviously, we spent many years working in the corporate world in the areas of human resources and finance. We decided to follow our passion for natural therapies and pursue a vocation that would be more personally rewarding and aligned with our own values.

We truly believe in the benefits of massage and the natural therapies industry. We would like to see our community become more aware of treating their bodies with an holistic approach which incorporates health, fitness, nutrition and overall well being of mind and body.
